Below are introductory descriptions of each single family neighborhood with a link to available homes for sale.

Arapaho Meadows

Arapaho Meadows is a beautiful residential mountain community of 32 single family homes on .5 to 1.86 acre lots in Estes Park, Colorado, just off Colorado Hwy 7 and east of Mary’s Lake. Rock outcroppings throughout the area characterize the neighborhood. All power lines are underground. The views to the south of Twin Sisters Mountain and the Crags Peaks are spectacular.  There are four large common areas set aside for the private enjoyment of the residents.

Carriage Hills

One of the larger communities in Estes Park, Carriage Hills is a family friendly neighborhood.  It offers a wide range of home styles priced from mid to upper range.  Carriage Hills is situated between South St Vrain and Fish Creek Road with easy access to local hiking trail.  Many of the homes have stunning views.  Lot sizes vary from .5 to 1.5 acres.

Fall River Estates

This cozy and private community of 50 homes is situated off Fall River Road.  Nestled in trees and expansive views, this neighborhood is close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, but tucked away from the busy commercial properties.  This neighborhood gives you the feel that you are mountain living.  Lot sizes vary from .33 to 1.5 acres.

Grey Fox Estates

This unique custom home community of 16 homes is situated on the south west side of town just off of South St. Vrain just past Mary’s Lake Lodge.  Nestled in trees and with sweeping views, this neighborhood has a minimum square footage requirement.  Lot sizes vary from 1.5 to 5 acres.

Little Valley

This mountain community of 69 homes is situated off Fish Creek Road.  Little Valley offers sweeping views of the Mummy Range and is surrounded by National Forest with easy access to local trails.  If feels as if you are miles away from civilization, yet only a short hop from town.   Lot sizes vary from .83 to 20 acres.

One Thousand Pines

This private, established community of 30 homes is situated off South St Vrain across from the golf course.   Many homes in One Thousand Pines offers views of Twin Sisters.   As the name suggests, these homes are surrounded by mature trees.  Lot sizes vary from .44 to .92 acres.

Prospect Highlands

This private community of 14 homes is situated off South St Vrain in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood.  Prospect Highland backs up to Prospect Mountain and offers easy access to local trails.  This neighborhood gives you the feel that you are mountain living.  Lot sizes vary from .59 to 1.28 acres.

Stanley Views

This private community of 17 homes is the Stanley Views, situated in town behind the Stanley Hotel.  Stanley Views has big views and is within walking distance to town.   Lot sizes vary from .25 to .42 acres.

Thunder Mountain

This private community of 40 homes is situated off Highway 66 in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood.  Thunder Mountain backs up to National Forest and Rocky Mountain National Park and offers amazing views of the Mummy Range.  This neighborhood gives you the feel that you are mountain living.  Lot sizes vary from .34 to 1.5 acres. A unique characteristic to Thunder Mountain is a conservation easement with HOA land set aside for maintaining natural habitat.

Uplands at Fish Creek

The Uplands is a beautiful residential mountain community of 42 single family homes on .5 to 1 acre lots in Estes Park, Colorado, just off Fish Creek Road and east of Highway 36.  The Uplands is convenient to the Town of Estes and borders the Roosevelt National Forests.
