Estes Park is home to so many special neighborhoods. Each condominium community brings its own unique character, price point, and feel.  We also have several condo homes, which are detached condos with common grounds managed and maintained by the HOA.  And of course every community brings encounters with Elk and other wildlife known to hang around Estes Park!

Blue Spruce Village Condo

Blue Spruce Village is a quaint residential mountain community of 20 townhomes nestled along the Big Thompson River.  This neighborhood is located in Estes Park, Colorado, just off Colorado Hwy 66 and near the YMCA of the Rockies. You have your own access to a private stretch of river for fishing and relaxing.  This community is perfect for full-time residence, vacation home or vacation rental. Cedar Ridge Condos

Cedar Ridge is a unique community of 22 stand alone condominiums in Estes Park.  Offering a beautiful mountain setting, Cedar Ridge borders conservancy land for a quieter living experience.  It is situated off Moraine Avenue between downtown Estes Park and the Beaver Meadows entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.  Many of the homes have stunning views.

Eagles Landing

Eagles Landing is an affordable community of 45 condominiums in Estes Park.  Located on South St Vrain, Eagles Landing is situated on the Estes Park Golf Course.  The perfect place for permanent residence or an investment of long term rentals.

Estes Park Condos

Estes Park Condos is a community along Fall River comprised of three different condo associations; Antler’s Pointe, Bugle Point, and Creekside.  This community is perfect for full-time residence, vacation home or vacation rental. Many units in this community are seasonal rentals with a permit and solid rental history.

Antlers Pointe is a cottage condo community of 9 condos nestled along Fall River.

Bugle Point on Fall River is a riverfront community of 40 units situated along Fall River.   Last Sold:  12/4/2020 $390,000.

Creekside Suites Condominiums is a riverfront community of 14 units situated along Fall River.   Last Sold:  12/18/2020 $267,000.

Mary’s Lake Lodge Condos

Mary’s Lake Lodge is a condo community of 49 condo units.  This neighborhood is situated on the Big Thomas River and offers private river access.  Many units are permitted for vacation rentals and several come turn key fully furnished, or keep as your private residence.  Mary’s Lake Lodge condos is located on southwest side of town just off of South Saint Vrain near Mary’s Lake.

Mountain River Townhomes

Mountain Ridge is a river front community of 13 stand alone condominiums in Estes Park.  Built in 2014, Mountain Ridge is a newer community situated along the Big Thompson River with private access for fly fishing and beautiful river and mountain views.  It is located off Moraine Avenue between downtown Estes Park and the Beaver Meadows entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.  The HOA allows both long term and short term rentals.

The Overlook Condos

The Overlook Condos is a luxury condo community of 40 units.  This neighborhood is located near the Stanley Hotel and in walking distance to their amenities as well as downtown Estes Park.  Condos at The Overlook are one, two and three bedrooms and permitted for vacation rentals and several come turn key fully furnished, or keep as your private residence.

Park River West Condos

Park River West is a community of 68 condo units.  This neighborhood is situated on the Big Thomas River and offers private river access.  Many units are permitted for vacation rentals and several come turn key fully furnished, or keep as your private residence.  Park River West is located on the north west side of town just off of Moraine Avenue between downtown and the Beaver Meadows Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Rambling River

Rambling River is a sought after riverfront community of 11 stand alone condominiums in Estes Park.  Set along the Big Thompson River with views of Longs Peak, it is located off Highway 66 between the YMCA and the Beaver Meadows entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.  Great for a vacation home or vacation rental.

Ranch Meadows Condos

Ranch Meadows is a community of 168 townhouses and condo units.  It is located on the east side of town just off Highway 34.  Many units are stand alone condominiums and have beautiful views of the Lumpy Ridge mountain range.

Riverrock Townhomes Condos

Riverrock Townhomes are luxury living in Estes Park.  This riverfront community of 16 condos are comprised of units upwards of 4,200 sq. ft.  Located on Moraine Avenue between downtown Estes Park and the Beaver Meadows Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Riverside Condos is a community of 12 condo units.  Conveniently located downtown, on the west side of town just off East Elkhorn Avenue.  Many units riverfront and have beautiful mountain views. Stone Wood

Stone Wood is a luxury collection of 7 townhomes situated along the Big Thompson River in Estes Park.  These two story townhomes range in size up to 4,000 sq. ft. and have two car garages.  Stone Wood is located off Highway 66 between the YMCA and the Beaver Meadows entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Wonderview Condos is a mature, mountain community of 14 condominiums in Estes Park.  It is within walking distance of the Beaver Meadows entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park with stunning Longs Peak views.  The community has a seasonal pool.
